Role Summary
Handle ministry and government transactions on behalf of the company, manage legal and corporate documentation, and ensure timely completion of all official procedures with accuracy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with government departments and online portals for visas, permits, and regulatory filings.
- Prepare, submit, and follow up on labor, immigration, and company legal paperwork.
- Manage company legal documentation and maintain organized records of all transactions.
- Represent the company at ministries and public offices, collecting receipts and official confirmations.
- Coordinate with HR and legal teams to ensure compliance with local regulations and internal policies.
- Track case status and provide regular updates to management.
Requirements
- Proven experience working as a Mandoob or government liaison in Kuwait.
- Strong knowledge of ministry procedures, labor law processes, and online government portals.
- Excellent Arabic communication skills; English is an advantage.
- Organized, detail‑oriented, and reliable.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential documents professionally.
- Immediate or short‑notice availability preferred.
Preferred Skills and Tools
- Familiarity with Sahel, Ashal, MOI and other Kuwait government portals.
- Valid Kuwaiti driving license is an advantage.
- Good record‑keeping and basic IT skills for online submissions and tracking.
