A reputed company in Kuwait is hiring a reliable IT Assistant to support daily technical operations and provide troubleshooting assistance to staff.

Responsibilities
- Provide first‑level IT support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve desktop, laptop, printer, and connectivity problems.
- Install and configure operating systems and applications.
- Maintain IT equipment inventory.

Requirements
- Experience: 1–2 years in IT support or help desk.
- Good troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
- Knowledge of Windows OS, basic networking, and hardware support.
- Strong communication skills and customer service mindset.
- Must be currently based in Kuwait.
