Role Summary
Short‑term IT Helpdesk Support vacancy for a 2‑month contract (May 1 — June 30) to provide frontline technical support for users, troubleshoot incidents, and maintain service continuity.

Key Details
• Contract Duration: May 1 to June 30 (2 months)
• Employment Type: Contract, full time
• Salary: Based on experience (state expected salary in application)
• Gender Requirement: Male candidates only
• Start Date: Immediate availability preferred

Core Responsibilities
• Provide first‑level IT support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Log, track, and resolve tickets using the company ticketing system.
• Troubleshoot Windows OS, Office applications, email, and basic network connectivity.
• Assist with user account setup, password resets, and access permissions.
• Escalate complex issues to senior IT teams and follow up until resolution.
• Maintain clear documentation of incidents, resolutions, and daily activities.

Candidate Requirements
• Proven experience in IT helpdesk or technical support.
• Good knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, email clients, and basic networking.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote‑support tools.
• Strong customer service and communication skills in English.
• Ability to work under pressure and join immediately.
• Kuwait work authorization or current local availability preferred.
