Role Summary
A reputed company in Kuwait is hiring an IT Support Executive to provide desktop support, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and manage IT assets. The role requires strong technical skills and immediate availability.

Requirements
• Location: Kuwait (local hire only).
• Salary: 400+ KWD.
• Visa: Transferable Visa (Article 18).
• Minimum 3+ years of IT Support experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (mandatory).
• Good command of English (written & spoken).
• Indian candidates only.

Responsibilities
• Desktop support & troubleshooting.
• IT documentation and asset inventory management.
• Configure and install network devices (routers, switches).
• Install and troubleshoot computer hardware, printers, and scanners.
• Handle support calls for network and hardware issues.
• Create user profiles with email and applications.
• Support users with file storage and troubleshooting.
• Regularly check antivirus protection and maintain systems up to date.
