Position Overview
Seeking an Odoo Developer to implement, customize, and support Odoo ERP across Sales, Inventory, Purchasing, Accounting, and Warehouse modules for projects in Kuwait.
Key Responsibilities
• Configure and customize Odoo modules to meet business requirements.
• Migrate data from existing systems (Zoho, Excel, other ERPs) and validate data integrity.
• Develop custom modules, workflows, and automated actions using Odoo framework.
• Build reports and dashboards for management and operational users.
• Provide user support and training, troubleshoot issues, and optimize workflows.
• Integrate Odoo with third‑party systems (APIs, payment gateways, shipping, etc.).
• Document solutions, code, and configuration for handover and maintenance.
Requirements
• Experience: Proven Odoo development experience with v14–v17.
• Technical skills: Strong Python skills and familiarity with Odoo ORM, XML views, QWeb reports, and module structure.
• ERP knowledge: Solid understanding of ERP workflows across sales, inventory, purchasing, accounting, and warehouse.
• Data migration: Experience migrating data from Zoho, Excel, or other systems.
• Tools: Odoo Studio experience is a plus.
• Soft skills: Good problem‑solving, communication, and ability to work with functional teams and end users.
• Availability: Local candidates preferred; mention current location and visa/status in application.
