We are hiring an Odoo Developer to implement, customize, and support our Odoo ERP across Sales, Inventory, Purchasing, Accounting, and Warehouse modules. Candidates living in Kuwait are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
• Configure and customize Odoo modules to match business workflows.
• Develop custom modules, server actions, and automated workflows.
• Migrate data from existing systems (Zoho, Excel, CSV) and validate data integrity.
• Build reports and dashboards for operational and management use.
• Provide user support and training, troubleshoot issues, and optimize processes.
• Integrate Odoo with third‑party systems (APIs, payment gateways, POS) as required.
• Document solutions, maintain code repositories, and follow deployment best practices.
Required Qualifications
• Experience with Odoo versions 14–17.
• Strong understanding of ERP workflows across sales, inventory, purchasing, accounting, and warehousing.
• Proficient in Python and familiar with Odoo framework (ORM, models, views, QWeb).
• Proven track record of Odoo implementations or customizations.
• Living in Kuwait (local candidates preferred).
• Good communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
Preferred Skills
• Experience with Odoo Studio and Odoo.sh deployments.
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL, Git, Docker, and Linux server administration.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and third‑party integrations.
• Experience with unit testing, CI/CD, and production support.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
