Key Requirements
• Driving license: Valid Kuwait driving license.
• Vehicle: Own car required.
• Experience: Minimum 2+ years in construction materials sales.
• Market knowledge: Good understanding of the Kuwait construction market and contractor network.
• Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Targets: Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Main Responsibilities
• Visit construction sites and contractors to promote products and secure orders.
• Develop new customers and maintain relationships with existing clients.
• Prepare quotations and follow up to convert leads into sales.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and report daily/weekly activity to management.
• Coordinate deliveries with logistics and warehouse teams as needed.
Compensation and Benefits
• Salary: Attractive basic salary plus commission.
