Role Summary
We are seeking a skilled Corporate Contract Specialist to draft, review, and negotiate corporate agreements and clinic‑establishment contracts. The role focuses on preparing contractual documents, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance, supporting negotiations, and reducing contractual risk.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate corporate and clinic‑related contracts.
- Prepare and organize contractual documentation and supporting records.
- Ensure contracts comply with applicable laws and regulations.
- Advise on contractual risk and propose mitigation measures.
- Support business teams during negotiations and deal closings.
- Coordinate with external counsel when required.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in corporate contracts; experience with healthcare or clinic agreements preferred.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and attention to detail.
- Good understanding of legal and regulatory compliance for commercial agreements.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a flexible, remote setup.
- Open to Arab male and female candidates.
Working Arrangement
- Part‑time with flexible hours; primarily remote.
