Key Responsibilities
• Perform professional spray painting on cutouts, metal, wood, acrylic, and other materials.
• Ensure smooth, uniform, and high‑precision finishes.
• Prepare surfaces properly (cleaning, sanding, priming, masking).
• Mix and match paints accurately to required specifications.
• Operate and maintain spray painting equipment safely.
• Follow company quality standards and safety procedures.
• Inspect finished products to ensure excellent workmanship.
Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of professional spray painting experience.
• Strong knowledge of different paint types and surface preparation techniques.
• Ability to handle detailed and precision work.
• Good understanding of safety standards and PPE usage.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Experience in signage, fabrication, or industrial painting is an advantage.
