Role Summary
We are seeking a detail‑oriented Projects Cost Control Engineer to support cost estimation, budgeting, cost control, and project monitoring for construction projects. The role focuses on financial planning, progress tracking, and monthly reporting to ensure projects are delivered within approved budgets and timelines.

Offered Profile
- Experience: 3–5 years in cost engineering / project controls for construction projects.
- Preference: Arab nationals preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain project budgets and cost estimates.
- Monitor project costs and perform variance analysis.
- Produce monthly cost reports and progress forecasts.
- Support cost control procedures and change‑order tracking.
- Coordinate with project teams to collect progress and cost data.
- Assist in cash‑flow forecasting and cost reconciliation.
- Maintain cost control documentation and cost trackers.
- Support scheduling coordination and integration with cost reports.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
- Proven experience in construction project cost control.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Experience in monthly cost reporting and progress tracking.
- English required; Arabic preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
