Requirements
- Proven retail management experience with strong track record in fashion retail.
- Leadership skills with ability to motivate and develop a sales team.
- Commercial focus: demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Operational skills: inventory management, cash handling, and reporting.
- Customer service orientation and strong communication skills.
- Availability to work retail hours including weekends and mall peak times.
- Degree or diploma in retail management, business, or related field is an advantage.
