Role Summary
Urgent hiring for experienced Safety / HSE Officers for immediate recruitment inside Kuwait. Candidates will implement and monitor HSE systems, conduct inspections and investigations, and ensure compliance with client and national safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Implement HSE policies and ensure adherence across operations.
• Conduct safety inspections, risk assessments, and audits.
• Investigate incidents and near misses; issue corrective actions and follow up.
• Prepare and submit HSE reports (daily/weekly/monthly).
• Deliver safety orientations and training for staff and contractors.
• Promote safe work practices and lead initiatives to improve safety culture.
• Maintain HSE documentation and support client audits and inspections.
Qualifications and Experience
• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s in Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 5+ years in HSE roles; industrial, construction, or oil & gas experience preferred.
• Approvals and Certifications: KNPC / KIPIC approval highly preferred; valid HSE certifications such as NEBOSH, OSHA, or IOSH strongly preferred.
• Knowledge: Excellent understanding of Kuwait safety regulations and client standards.
Skills and Competencies
• Communication: Strong written and spoken English for reporting and training.
• Leadership: Ability to lead, influence, and embed a safe work culture.
• Analytical: Solid incident investigation, root‑cause analysis, and corrective action follow‑through.
• Systems: Familiarity with HSE documentation systems, audits, and reporting tools.
