Outdoor Sales Executive (B2B)

Role Overview
Join a European branded FMCG company as an Outdoor Sales Executive focused on B2B sales. You will develop and maintain trade relationships, grow distribution, and drive sales across retail and wholesale channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with retailers, distributors, and corporate accounts.
- Execute B2B sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
- Visit clients regularly to present products, negotiate terms, and close deals.
- Onboard new accounts and ensure timely product delivery and merchandising.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity; report insights to management.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and daily/weekly activity logs.
Qualifications
- 1–4 years’ experience in B2B sales, preferably FMCG, perfumes, or retail.
- Valid driving license and Transferable Article 18 visa (visa 18) mandatory.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship‑building skills.
- Target driven, self‑motivated, and able to work independently in the field.
- Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Ability to travel across Kuwait and meet clients on site.
