Role Summary
A well‑reputed company in Kuwait specializing in high‑end wooden architectural works is urgently hiring a Secretary to provide professional administrative support and coordinate between technical teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage day‑to‑day administrative tasks and office correspondence.
• Prepare and follow up on project quotations and BOQ pricing.
• Coordinate between technical team and clients to ensure smooth project flow.
• Maintain organised records and documentation for architectural projects.
• Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and handle phone calls.

Requirements
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in administrative or secretarial roles; experience in wooden architectural or construction field is an advantage.
• Technical skills: Proficient in MS Office (Advanced Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); basic AutoCAD knowledge highly preferred.
• Commercial skills: Proven experience preparing quotations and pricing based on BOQ.
• Languages: Fluent in English and Hindi; Arabic is a plus.
• Residency: Must hold valid Visa 18 (transferable) and be ready to join immediately.
