Position Overview
We are seeking a Security Systems Engineer with hands‑on experience in low‑voltage security systems (CCTV, access control, intruder alarms) to join our Kuwait team. The role combines technical installation, troubleshooting, basic networking, and client‑facing responsibilities; sales experience is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
• Install, configure, and commission low‑voltage security systems (CCTV, access control, intercoms).
• Troubleshoot and repair hardware and software faults across security systems.
• Perform routine maintenance, system upgrades, and preventive checks.
• Configure and troubleshoot basic networking for IP cameras and access control devices.
• Prepare technical reports, site visit notes, and service documentation.
• Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely resolution and system performance.
• Support pre‑sales/site surveys and provide technical input when required.
Requirements
• Hands‑on experience with low‑voltage security systems (CCTV, access control, etc.).
• Strong troubleshooting skills and basic networking knowledge (IP networking, switches, VLANs).
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field preferred.
• Valid Kuwait Engineering Society (KES) card.
• Valid Kuwait driving license.
• Sales experience or pre‑sales exposure is an added advantage.
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently on site.
