Role Overview
We are hiring a Senior Civil Engineer specializing in Project Planning to join our team in Kuwait. The role requires extensive experience in construction project scheduling, resource planning, and cost control, with strong expertise in Primavera P6 and MS Project.

Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: 10–15 years in civil engineering project planning (construction sector).
- Strong expertise in Primavera P6 / MS Project.
- Solid knowledge of project scheduling, cost control, and resource planning.
- Experience in preparing baseline programs, progress tracking, and recovery plans.
- Ability to coordinate with site teams, consultants, and clients.
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain project schedules, baselines, and updates.
- Monitor progress and compare actual vs planned performance.
- Develop recovery programs and mitigation plans when required.
- Coordinate with project teams for resource allocation and sequencing.
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.
- Support claims, EOT (Extension of Time), and variation analysis.
- Ensure compliance with contractual planning requirements.
