Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior HR & Payroll Officer to manage payroll operations and support HR functions across the organization. The ideal candidate will combine strong payroll expertise with solid HR knowledge and experience working in the construction sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Process payroll accurately and on time.
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures.
- Manage employee records and ensure data accuracy.
- Handle government relations including labor and social security matters.
- Support recruitment and staffing activities from sourcing to onboarding.
- Coordinate with finance and other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field.
- 5–10 years’ relevant experience in HR and payroll.
- Experience in the construction industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems, labor law, and statutory requirements.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage confidential information.
