Role Overview
We are hiring a Service Advisor with strong automotive experience to join immediately. Candidates must have prior exposure to customer service in the automotive industry and be able to handle multi‑brand vehicles.

Requirements
- Proven automotive experience (service advisory role preferred).
- Strong communication and customer handling skills.
- Ability to coordinate between workshop and clients.
- Asian nationality preferred (as per employer’s note).
- Must be available in Kuwait for local hiring.

Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with service requests.
- Prepare job cards and explain required repairs/maintenance.
- Coordinate with mechanics and technicians for timely service.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and follow‑up.
