Role Summary
Lead end‑to‑end talent acquisition activities for the hospital, focusing on sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified healthcare and support staff. Drive recruitment campaigns, manage applicant tracking and coordinate with hiring managers to fill roles efficiently while maintaining a strong candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle: job briefs, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Operate ATS and ERP systems to track candidates and generate recruitment reports.
- Coordinate with department heads to define role requirements and hiring priorities.
- Run targeted sourcing campaigns across job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Conduct candidate assessments and reference checks; present shortlisted candidates to hiring managers.
- Maintain recruitment metrics and improve time‑to‑hire and quality‑of‑hire KPIs.
- Support employer branding initiatives and campus or job‑fair activities.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- HR qualification: HR Certificate or HR Diploma required.
- Experience: 2–4 years in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Technical skills: Very good user of Microsoft Office and ERP/ATS systems.
- Language: Very good English written and spoken.
- Other: Ability to multitask; strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Age: Maximum 30 years.
- Work schedule: Friday and Saturday off.
