Role Summary
A multinational organization in Kuwait is hiring a Telecom Engineer to support commissioning, integration, and site acceptance activities for wireless and microwave networks (2G/3G/4G/5G). Immediate joiners with transferable residency are preferred.
Core Responsibilities
• Commissioning and integration of Huawei / Ericsson / Nokia 2G, 3G, 4G and 5G equipment.
• Commissioning and integration of Huawei / Ericsson / Nokia MW links.
• DC power system (rectifier) installation, alarm patching and testing.
• Conduct VSWR sweep tests and perform alarm troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with customers and project managers for site activities and acceptance.
• Attend acceptance visits with vendor and operator representatives.
• Prepare and verify PAT documents and ensure site quality before PAT.
• Prepare PAT folder documentation and installation quality documents.
• Create trackers and reports per client requirements.
• MW transmission survey (LOS) and site documentation (TSSR/FSSR) and BOQ preparation.
• Manage and coordinate implementation teams and maintain technical relationships with customer engineers.
Minimum Qualifications and Requirements
• Degree: Bachelor of Engineering in Telecommunication or Electrical.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in the same field.
• Certification: Kuwait Society of Engineering card required.
• Residency: Transferable Kuwait resident Visa 18 only.
• Nationality: Indian or Pakistani nationals only.
• Availability: Immediate joiners preferred.
• Strong documentation, reporting, and site quality assurance skills.
