HVAC Technician Jobs in Kuwait (Air Cooled Chiller)
Location: Kuwait
Employment Type: Full time; immediate local hiring (Article 18 transferable residence required)
Role Summary
Carry out daily HVAC maintenance and repairs for air‑cooled chiller systems and in‑house cooling/heating equipment, support tenants’ service requests, and coordinate with external contractors to ensure compliance with company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive work orders from supervisor and execute daily HVAC maintenance tasks.
- Attend to tenant HVAC service requests as instructed by the coordinator.
- Perform periodic inspections of main chiller systems to identify defects and maintenance needs.
- Install, repair, and maintain cooling and heating systems on the property.
- Assist and supervise outside contractors to ensure work meets company protocols.
- Troubleshoot HVAC system problems and propose effective solutions.
- Support team members and perform other duties as assigned by the coordinator.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in HVAC within the real estate sector in Kuwait.
- Proven experience with air‑cooled chillers and building HVAC systems.
- Local candidates only; transferable residence (Article 18) mandatory.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Good teamwork, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
