Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience working as a Legal Officer in Kuwait
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (mandatory)
- Must be an Arab national
- Strong knowledge of Kuwait labor laws, corporate regulations, and compliance procedures
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to liaise with government authorities, external counsel, and internal departments
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements
- Ensure compliance with Kuwait laws and company policies
- Provide legal advice and support to management and departments
- Handle disputes, claims, and litigation matters when required
- Maintain updated knowledge of regulatory changes affecting the company
