Mandoob job in Kuwait Immediate Hiring
Location: Kuwait
Employment: Full time; local candidates with transferable Ahli visa preferred
Role Overview
Provide administrative and government‑liaison support by handling labor and immigration procedures, representing the company with authorities, and ensuring timely processing of employee documentation and permits.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with government departments and online portals (Sahel, Ashal, MOI) for visa, residency, and labor transactions.
- Prepare, submit, and follow up on labor and immigration paperwork.
- Advise on Kuwait labor law procedures and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with HR and operations to process employee documentation and renewals.
- Attend government offices on behalf of the company and represent the employer professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions, receipts, and correspondence.
Requirements
- Valid Ahli visa (transferable) in Kuwait.
- Proven experience working as a Mandoob in Kuwait.
- Strong knowledge of Kuwait labor law and government procedures.
- Arabic communication skills required; English is an advantage.
- Valid Kuwaiti driving license preferred.
- Good organizational, time‑management, and record‑keeping skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Immediate or short‑notice joiner.
- Familiarity with online government portals (Sahel, Ashal, MOI systems).
- Reliable, detail‑oriented, able to work independently and handle confidential documents.
