Precast Factory (Kuwait)
Positions Available
- Mason
- Handle block work, plastering, and finishing of precast elements.
- Tasks include surface alignment, patching, and ensuring quality finishing.
- Qualifications: Experience in precast/construction masonry, knowledge of concrete and finishing tools.
- Welder
- Perform welding, cutting, and repair of steel molds and precast structures.
- Ensure weld quality and follow safety standards.
- Qualifications: Skilled in MIG, TIG, or arc welding; experience in precast or metal fabrication preferred.
- Steel Fixer
- Cut, bend, and tie reinforcement bars for precast elements.
- Work with precision according to technical drawings.
- Qualifications: Knowledge of bar bending/rebar installation; experience in precast or construction steel fixing.
- Rigger
- Assist in lifting and positioning precast elements safely.
- Operate rigging equipment and coordinate with crane operators.
- Qualifications: Precast factory experience; knowledge of safety rules and rigging procedures.

Requirements (General)
- Relevant experience in precast/construction industry.
- Ability to follow safety standards and work under supervision.
- Immediate availability preferred.
