Tool Pusher
- Experience: 8–10 years in drilling operations with proven Tool Pusher background.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of drilling practices, equipment, and well control.
- Leadership: Excellent decision‑making, problem‑solving, and team leadership.
- Safety: Strong HSE knowledge and reporting skills.
- Project type: Experience in Oil & Gas drilling projects required.

Candidate Requirements and Attributes
- Residency: Kuwait‑based candidates preferred; transferable Article 18 visa where applicable.
- Availability: Immediate joiners prioritized.
- HSE: Commitment to safety procedures and site rules.
- Communication: Clear, professional communication and ability to work in multi‑disciplinary teams.
