We are seeking a qualified Operations Manager to lead our Automotive Division in Al Rai, Kuwait.
Requirements:
• Male candidate (as per operational requirements)
• Arab nationality
• Proven experience as an operations Manager in the automotive industry
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage daily operations, staff performance, and business targets
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English
• Currently residing in Kuwait
Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage day-to-day automotive operations
• Ensure efficiency, quality standards, and compliance with company policies
• Supervise and coordinate with workshop, sales, and support teams
• Monitor performance, KPIs, and operational costs
