Role Overview
Kitchen Preparation Team — Assist with food prep and basic kitchen tasks to support chefs and cooks. Tasks include ingredient washing and chopping, portioning, basic cooking support, maintaining cleanliness, and following food safety procedures.
Key Requirements
- Experience: Knowledge of kitchen preparation work required.
- Skills: Basic knife skills; ability to follow recipes and instructions; fast, reliable, and able to work under pressure.
- Availability: Able to work morning or night shifts.
- Language: Arabic preferred; English is an advantage.
- Other: Punctuality, good hygiene, and teamwork attitude. Food handling certificate is a plus.
