Ensure HSE compliance across construction sites by conducting inspections, delivering training, investigating incidents, and enforcing safety standards to maintain a safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Monitor and enforce site safety policies and procedures.
• Conduct safety audits and risk assessments regularly.
• Deliver safety training and toolbox talks for site personnel.
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain safety records and ensure regulatory compliance.
Requirements
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in construction safety roles.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Engineering, or related field.
• Regulations: Strong knowledge of OSHA and local safety regulations.
• Certifications: NEBOSH, OSHA 30/500 or equivalent preferred.
• Skills: Excellent communication, reporting, and incident‑investigation skills.
