A leading system integrator in Kuwait specializing in lighting control and home automation is expanding its team. We are seeking a skilled Sales Engineer with technical sales experience in building automation and low‑voltage systems.
Role Overview
Drive project sales, provide technical support to clients, and develop long‑term relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, and end users. Represent the company’s lighting and automation solutions and support project delivery from pre‑sales through handover.
Key Requirements
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Telecommunications.
• Experience: Proven project sales experience in building automation and low‑voltage systems.
• Technical skills: Strong knowledge of lighting products, control systems, and integration solutions.
• Customer focus: Excellent communication and customer service skills; ability to translate technical features into business value.
• Other: Ability to build and maintain client relationships; Kuwait driving license is an advantage.
• Visa: Transferable work visa preferred.
Main Responsibilities
• Identify and pursue project sales opportunities in commercial and residential sectors.
• Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and scope documents.
• Provide technical presentations and product demonstrations to clients and consultants.
• Coordinate with engineering and installation teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Offer after‑sales technical support and troubleshooting.
• Maintain accurate sales records and report on pipeline and forecasts.
