A leading supplier to the oilfield and engineering sectors is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer with a proven track record in Kuwait. This is a senior role for a confident, results‑driven professional able to lead a sales department and deliver targeted business from day one.
Role Overview
Lead sales efforts for oilfield and engineering products, develop business from existing and new accounts, and manage supplier relationships and sourcing worldwide. Drive revenue growth and mentor the sales team.
Key Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of successful, demonstrable sales in oilfield and engineering markets.
- Education: Engineering degree preferred (Mechanical advantageous).
- Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of oilfield products and engineering supplies.
- Contacts: Established relationships with manufacturers and key buyers in KOC, KNPC, MEW, and related markets in Kuwait.
- Skills: Confident negotiator, self‑starter, ability to source globally and close deals.
- Leadership: Able to lead a department and deliver sales targets from the outset.
Compensation
- Package: Decent take‑home allowance plus a fair share of net profit (details discussed during interview).
