Role Summary
Lead and supervise electrical maintenance activities for property assets, ensuring reliable operation of electrical equipment and systems and providing technical leadership to the electrical team.
Key Responsibilities
• Undertake scheduled and breakdown maintenance of electrical equipment and components.
• Perform on‑the‑spot repairs for malfunctioning electrical systems and machinery.
• Follow manufacturer instructions and established procedures to keep equipment operational.
• Conduct inspections, assess potential problems, and recommend corrective actions.
• Supervise, hire, and train electrical technicians; oversee team performance.
• Contribute to strategic maintenance plans and operational reviews to meet maintenance objectives.
Requirements
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience: 8–10 years in electrical maintenance within the real estate sector.
• Local candidates only; transferable residence (Article 18) mandatory.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Strong leadership, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
