Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold drinks, including espresso-based beverages, teas, and smoothies, following recipes and techniques.
Customer Service: Greet guests warmly, take accurate orders, answer menu questions, and process payments through the POS system.
Operational Duties: Operate and maintain coffee-making equipment, grind beans correctly, and steam milk to standard.
Cleaning & Sanitation: Maintain cleanliness of the work area, equipment, and seating areas in line with health and safety standards.
Stock Management: Restock supplies such as coffee beans, cups, and lids, and assist with inventory tracking and ordering.
Teamwork & Training: Collaborate with colleagues, participate in ongoing training, and communicate with management about equipment needs or customer feedback.
Job Requirements

Must hold a Transferrable Visa 18
1–2 years’ experience as a Waitress, Barista, or in tea/coffee preparation
Excellent grooming standards
Strong communication and customer service skills
