Location: Kuwait
NAI Food Group is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead and manage our Food & Beverage warehouse operations.
Position Details:
• Role: Warehouse Manager
• Nationality: Indian / Pakistani / Filipino
• Hiring Type: Local recruitment only (no overseas hiring)
• Joining: Immediate
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or senior warehouse role (Food & Beverage preferred)
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics, and supply chain processes
• Familiarity with FIFO/FEFO, stock control, and compliance standards
• Excellent leadership, team management, and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to implement operational improvements and ensure efficiency
• Physically fit and available for immediate joining in Kuwait
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage all warehouse operations and staff
• Ensure accurate picking, packing, storage, and dispatch of goods
• Monitor inventory, stock accuracy, and warehouse organization
• Implement and enforce safety, hygiene, and compliance standards
• Coordinate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams for smooth workflow
• Prepare reports on warehouse performance, issues, and improvements for management
