We are looking for a motivated and hardworking Junior IT Technician to join our growing team in Kuwait.

This opportunity is ideal for candidates who have a foundation in IT support and are looking to build their careers in technical support, hardware troubleshooting, networking, and field service operations.

Position: Junior IT Technician

Location: Kuwait

Valid Kuwait Driving License: Mandatory

• Provide first-level IT support and troubleshooting.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems.
• Troubleshoot printers and peripheral devices.
• Support basic networking and connectivity issues.
• Assist in setting up desktops, laptops, and IT equipment.
• Travel to customer sites when required to provide technical support.
• Maintain accurate records of service activities and support requests.
• Ensure timely resolution of technical issues.

• Basic knowledge of IT support and troubleshooting.

• Knowledge of:

  • Computer Hardware
  • Software Applications
  • Windows Operating Systems

• Basic networking knowledge.

• Experience troubleshooting printers and peripheral devices.

• Valid Kuwait driving license (Mandatory).

• Willingness to travel to customer locations when needed.

• Good communication and customer service skills.

• Strong problem-solving abilities.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
