Labor Supervisor Job in Kuwait
We are currently looking for an experienced Labor Supervisor to join our team in Kuwait. Candidates must meet the specified residency and driving license requirements.
Location Preference:Candidates currently residing in:
- Mangaf
- Fahaheel
- Valid Kuwaiti driving license issued before 2013 (mandatory)
- Residency transfer required
- Previous experience in labor supervision or site coordination preferred
- Strong leadership and worker management skills
- Ability to handle daily workforce operations efficiently
- Preferred nationality: South Indian candidates
- Must be able to join duty on or before 10th June
- Salary: KWD 200 per month
- Food Allowance: KWD 50 per month
- Accommodation provided
- Supervise labor teams and monitor daily work activities
- Coordinate manpower allocation and attendance
- Ensure workers follow company rules and safety procedures
- Report daily operational activities to management
- Support smooth execution of site operations
