Job title: Landscape Supervisor
Description: A respected agriculture and landscaping company is seeking an experienced Landscape Supervisor to lead on‑site teams, oversee planting and maintenance operations, and ensure high standards of landscape delivery across projects in Kuwait. The role requires strong technical knowledge, team leadership, and excellent communication in both English and Arabic.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily landscape operations including planting, irrigation, turf care, pruning, and pest control.

• Lead and coordinate field crews to ensure tasks are completed safely, on time, and to specification.

• Plan and schedule maintenance activities and manage resource allocation for multiple sites.

• Inspect sites for quality control and report on progress, issues, and material needs.

• Liaise with clients and project managers to confirm requirements and resolve on‑site concerns.

• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards and maintain equipment records.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 3–4 years as a landscape supervisor or similar role.

• Languages: Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written).

• License: Valid four‑wheeler driving license.

• Availability: Ready to join immediately.

• Skills: Strong leadership, planning and organizational skills; practical horticultural knowledge; ability to read landscape drawings and manage small budgets.

• Attributes: Reliable, hands‑on, able to work outdoors in Kuwait climate, and comfortable supervising multicultural teams.
