Hiring Luxury Furniture Showroom Manager in Kuwait
White Stores, a premier brand in luxury furniture and designer interior furnishings in Kuwait, is seeking a seasoned Showroom Manager with an interior design background to steer high-end retail operations.
The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.
Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee showroom operations, visual merchandising displays, and premium customer journeys.
- Guide affluent clients, architects, and interior designers through luxury furniture collections.
- Lead and coach showroom design consultants to surpass quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate custom furniture orders, fabric selections, and timely logistics delivery.
- Analyze showroom sales analytics and maintain inventory control across flagship galleries.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience managing luxury furniture showrooms or high-end interior galleries.
- Academic or professional background in interior design or spatial styling.
- Fluent Arabic and English communication skills.
- Valid Kuwait residency with transferable status.
