A well-reputed maintenance company in Kuwait is urgently hiring experienced professionals for multiple ongoing commercial building maintenance projects. Candidates with experience in facility management, MEP maintenance, HVAC, electrical, firefighting, and building systems are encouraged to apply.

- Supervise maintenance teams and daily work activities.
- Coordinate manpower, materials, and project schedules.
- Ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.
- Perform installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of HVAC systems.
- Inspect chillers, air handling units, FCUs, and ventilation systems.
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Maintain plumbing systems, pumps, valves, and mechanical equipment.
- Diagnose and repair water supply and drainage issues.
- Perform preventive maintenance activities.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults and maintain electrical systems.
- Repair distribution panels, lighting systems, and power circuits.
- Ensure electrical safety compliance.
- Operate and monitor Building Management Systems.
- Track alarms and system performance.
- Coordinate maintenance activities through BMS platforms.
- Maintain low-voltage systems and control panels.
- Troubleshoot control circuits and automation systems.
- Ensure proper operation of control equipment.
- Inspect and maintain firefighting systems.
- Service fire pumps, sprinklers, hydrants, and extinguishers.
- Ensure compliance with fire safety regulations.
- Carry out building repairs and civil maintenance works.
- Repair walls, ceilings, flooring, and structural defects.
- Perform preventive maintenance for building facilities.
- Relevant technical qualification or trade certification preferred.
- Experience in commercial building maintenance or facility management.
- Strong troubleshooting and maintenance skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
- Candidates currently available in Kuwait will have an advantage.
