Job Vacancy: Marble & Natural Stone Engineer – Arab Male

Studio Marmi is looking for an experienced Marble & Natural Stone Engineer to join its team in Shuwaikh, Kuwait.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in the marble, granite, or natural stone industry and be capable of coordinating the complete process from production and fabrication to installation and final quality inspection.

This role involves regular visits to factories, warehouses, and project sites, along with coordination between clients, production teams, and installation teams.

• Monitor and follow up on the complete marble and natural stone manufacturing process.
• Coordinate cutting, fabrication, polishing, finishing, and quality control activities.
• Coordinate between clients, factory teams, warehouse staff, and installation teams.
• Ensure projects are completed according to agreed timelines and specifications.
• Provide technical consultations on:
  • Marble and granite types
  • Natural stone finishes
  • Applications
  • Product selection
• Prepare accurate cut sheets and slab drawings.
• Prepare detailed technical drawings for fabrication and installation.
• Conduct regular visits to factories and warehouses.
• Visit project sites to monitor cutting, fabrication, delivery, and installation progress.
• Assist with site measurements and technical inspections.
• Ensure completed work meets project specifications and quality standards.
• Prepare technical reports and provide regular project updates to management.
• Identify production or installation issues and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve them.
• Support technical sales and customer requirements when needed.
• Coordinate multiple projects and ensure deadlines are achieved.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the marble, granite, or natural stone industry preferred.
• Strong knowledge of marble and natural stone fabrication processes.
• Good understanding of stone installation methods and finishing techniques.
• Experience preparing cut sheets and technical drawings.
• Proficiency in:
  • AutoCAD
  • SketchUp
  • Photoshop
  • Other relevant engineering/design software
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Willingness to work both on-site and off-site.
• Ability to make regular visits to factories, warehouses, and project locations.
• Must own a car.
• Valid Kuwait driving license required.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Degree or Diploma in:
  • Architecture
  • Interior Design
  • Related engineering/design field
• Experience in technical sales within the marble or natural stone industry.
• Knowledge of project coordination and production planning.
• Experience working with premium marble, granite, and natural stone projects.

Salary: KWD 750–800 per month
