Role Summary

Hiring an experienced Mechanical Draftsman for local hiring in Kuwait to prepare Plumbing and Fire Fighting shop drawings for contracting projects. The role requires strong knowledge of mechanical services detailing, coordination with MEP teams, and familiarity with local standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed shop drawings for plumbing and fire fighting systems.

• Coordinate drawings with MEP engineers, architects, and site teams.

• Produce as‑built and fabrication drawings and revise drawings per site feedback.

• Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, codes, and client requirements.

• Maintain drawing registers and document revisions.

• Support site engineers with technical clarifications and material takeoffs.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years’ experience working in Kuwait as a Mechanical Draftsman.

• Proven experience preparing Plumbing and Fire Fighting shop drawings.

• Strong CAD skills (AutoCAD or equivalent) and ability to read engineering drawings.

• Knowledge of local codes and standards for plumbing and fire protection.

• Good coordination and communication skills.

• Currently based in Kuwait and available for local hire.

• Immediate joiners preferred.
