Position: Mechanical Engineer and Civil Engineer
Industry: Fit‑Out (Interior Fit‑Out)
Location: Kuwait
Hiring: Urgent; immediate joining preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Site management: Supervise fit‑out site activities and ensure works follow drawings and specifications.

• Coordination: Liaise with subcontractors, clients, consultants, and site teams.

• Quality control: Monitor workmanship, materials, and finishing standards.

• Progress control: Track schedules, report progress, and follow up on delays.

• Technical support: Review shop drawings, resolve site technical issues, and raise RFIs.

• HSE compliance: Enforce site safety procedures and ensure safe work practices.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in the fit‑out industry in Kuwait.

• Skills: Strong site handling and team coordination; good knowledge of fit‑out processes, finishes, and MEP coordination.

• Availability: Immediate joiners preferred.

• Attributes: Strong communication, problem solving, and client‑facing skills.

• Nationality: Any.

Salary and Location

• Salary: KD 350 – 450 (depending on experience)

• Location: Kuwait (site‑based)
