Role Summary

Hiring an experienced Mechanical Engineer with extensive hands‑on building maintenance background to oversee mechanical systems, preventive maintenance programs, and technical teams across facilities. Ideal candidate must be able to join immediately and manage complex MEP and building services tasks independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee mechanical maintenance for HVAC, plumbing, pumps, chillers, boilers, and related MEP systems.

• Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules and ensure 100% system uptime.

• Supervise technicians and contractors; coordinate repairs, spare parts procurement, and site work.

• Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical manuals; implement technical instructions.

• Conduct inspections and troubleshooting; prepare service reports and maintenance logs.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards, local regulations, and client requirements.

• Support project works such as installations, upgrades, and commissioning when required.

Requirements

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

• Experience: At least 12 years in building maintenance or facility engineering.

• Technical skills: Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, pumps, piping, valves, controls, and preventive maintenance practices.

• Certifications: Trade or technical certificates preferred.

• Attributes: Strong troubleshooting, leadership, time management, and communication skills.

• Availability: Immediate joiners preferred.
