• Experience level: Minimum 2–3 years relevant experience.

• Special skills: Experience with tandoor, biryani, and grill is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner menus as assigned.

• Operate tandoor and grill stations and manage biryani preparation.

• Ensure kitchen hygiene, food safety, and proper storage.

• Coordinate with kitchen staff and assist during peak service times.

• Manage inventory for assigned stations and report shortages.
