Role Summary

Seeking an ODOO data entry expert to join a Kuwait team handling accurate master data, transactional entries, and routine data maintenance inside the ODOO ERP. This is a hands‑on role for candidates who can work quickly and precisely within ODOO modules and follow established data standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and update master data (customers, vendors, products, price lists) in ODOO.

• Process transactional entries such as sales orders, purchase orders, invoices, and receipts.

• Validate and reconcile data against source documents to ensure accuracy.

• Cleanse and de‑duplicate records, maintain consistent naming and coding conventions.

• Produce simple data reports and assist with data exports/imports using ODOO import tools.

• Follow data entry SOPs and report discrepancies to the supervisor.

Requirements

• Proven ODOO experience — you must be an ODOO user, not a beginner.

• Minimum experience: 1–3 years working directly in ODOO data entry or administration (state exact years).

• Strong attention to detail, fast typing, and accuracy under volume.

• Basic understanding of accounting or inventory flows relevant to ODOO modules.

• Proficient with Excel for preparing import files and simple data manipulation.

• Candidates will take an ODOO exam via WhatsApp — do not apply if you are not confident with ODOO.

• Currently inside Kuwait preferred; state visa status in your application.
