Al Wazzan Group is looking for an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee daily business operations, improve organizational performance, and ensure effective coordination across departments.

This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in Finance and Sales Operations Management and proven leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

 Manage and oversee daily business operations

 Develop and implement operational strategies and processes

 Monitor sales performance and support the achievement of sales targets

 Coordinate with the finance team to monitor:

• Budgets
• Costs
• Financial Performance

 Analyze operational and sales reports

 Provide recommendations to improve business performance

 Increase efficiency, productivity, and operational effectiveness

 Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure smooth workflow

 Prepare reports and performance updates for senior management

 Manage, evaluate, and develop team performance

Requirements

 Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar leadership role

 Strong background in:

• Sales Operations
• Finance Operations
• Business Performance Management

 Excellent leadership and team management skills

 Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

 Excellent analytical and organizational skills

 Ability to manage multiple departments and priorities simultaneously

 Previous experience in Kuwait is preferred

 Candidates should currently reside in Kuwait
