We are Hiring Operations Manager | Kuwait

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and support the continued growth of our business.

This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in F&B, bakery, pastry, or retail operations, who can effectively manage teams, optimize processes, and ensure exceptional service and product quality.

Position: Operations Manager

Location: Kuwait

Salary: KD 600 – 800 (Based on Experience)

• Oversee daily shop, kitchen, and production operations.
• Manage staff scheduling, performance, productivity, and workforce planning.
• Coordinate production, sales, dispatch, and delivery activities.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability.
• Control purchasing processes, operational costs, and product wastage.
• Ensure compliance with product quality, hygiene, and food safety standards.
• Monitor sales performance and key operational KPIs.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure a high standard of customer service.
• Ensure all customer orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.
• Identify operational challenges and implement process improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with various departments to maintain smooth business operations.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in:

  • Food & Beverage (F&B)
  • Bakery Operations
  • Pastry Production
  • Retail Operations

• Proven experience managing teams and daily business operations.

• Strong leadership and people management skills.

• Knowledge of inventory management, stock control, and cost management.

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• Good command of both Arabic and English.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
