Hiring Pan-Indian & Kerala Cook in Kuwait
A well-established dining restaurant in Salmiya, Kuwait, is urgently recruiting skilled Pan-Indian and authentic Kerala cuisine cooks and kitchen personnel.
The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.
Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook authentic Pan-Indian delicacies, biryanis, and traditional Kerala dishes.
- Ensure consistency in seasoning, portioning, and plating during high-volume lunch and dinner service.
- Operate commercial tandoor ovens, gas ranges, and cooking stations safely and hygienically.
- Collaborate with kitchen helpers and storekeepers for daily vegetable, meat, and spice preparation.
Requirements
- Proven cooking background in Indian restaurants or catering operations in Kuwait or GCC.
- Valid Kuwait Municipality Food Handling Health Card.
- Article 18 transferable residency; local hiring only.
