We are looking for an experienced Part-Time IT & Network Support Engineer to provide technical support and maintain our office IT infrastructure. Candidates with strong networking, server management, and troubleshooting skills are encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities- Visit the office weekly on a part-time basis.
- Manage and maintain a small office server.
- Provide technical support for approximately 10 computers.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Maintain and manage company email accounts.
- Perform regular data backups and ensure data security.
- Monitor software, domain, and license expiry dates.
- Maintain records and follow up on renewals.
- Provide regular IT updates and recommendations to management.
- Ensure smooth daily IT operations.
- Previous experience in IT support and network administration.
- Good knowledge of server management.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for computers and networks.
- Experience managing email systems and backups.
- Knowledge of software, domains, and license management.
- Ability to work independently and provide reliable support.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
