Ticketing Executive & Travel Sales Executive – Travel Agency

A newly established Travel Agency in Kuwait City is looking for experienced and customer-focused professionals to join its growing team. Candidates with Galileo GDS experience are encouraged to apply.

• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in airline ticketing or travel agency operations.
• Strong working knowledge of Galileo GDS.
• Experience with domestic and international flight reservations.
• Ability to issue, reissue, cancel, and refund airline tickets.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Handle flight reservations and ticket bookings.
• Issue, modify, and cancel airline tickets.
• Assist customers with travel itineraries and fare options.
• Resolve ticketing and travel-related inquiries.
• Ensure accurate booking records and documentation.

• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in travel sales.
• Strong knowledge of Galileo GDS.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Good communication and relationship-building abilities.

• Promote airline tickets, travel packages, and tourism services.
• Build and maintain relationships with individual and corporate clients.
• Prepare travel quotations and itineraries.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Provide professional travel advice and excellent customer support.
