Hiring Pastry Shop Supervisor in Kuwait
A charming artisan pastry and traditional confectionery boutique located in Al Jahra, Kuwait is seeking a motivated female Shop Supervisor.
The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.
Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise daily retail shop operations, overseeing pastry showcase display styling and product freshness.
- Lead and coach boutique sales staff, ensuring warm, prompt, and hospitable customer service.
- Manage daily inventory stock orders, tracking fresh cake, pastry, and chocolate deliveries from the central bakery.
- Monitor retail cash registers, reconcile daily shift cash receipts, and generate end-of-day sales reports.
- Handle customer custom cake inquiries, special event catering orders, and resolve client feedback politely.
- Enforce strict food hygiene and safety standards adhering to Kuwait Baladiya health regulations.
Requirements
- Female candidate with previous supervisory experience in pastry shops, bakeries, or sweet boutiques.
- Working schedule: Full-time, 9 hours daily.
- Salary: 200 to 250 KWD per month based on experience.
- Valid Kuwait Baladiya Food Handler Health Card.
- Valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa (Article 18 or 22).
